Delivery Information:

Free UK Delivery on orders over £100.00

UK Standard Delivery is charged at £4.95 and takes 2-3 days.

Next Day Express Delivery service is exclusive to UK deliveries and charged at £9.95. 

Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 2pm GMT will be delivered next day by 1pm. Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days. Therefore, orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday, will be dispatched on a Friday and delivered on a Monday. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday and delivered on a Tuesday.

International deliveries to Europe are charged at £12.00 and usually take 2-5 working days. And deliveries to the rest of the world are charged at £20.00 but charges can vary depending on country and weight, and usually take up to 7 days.

All items are dispatched within 2-3 working days and are sent via Royal Mail. Once your order is sent, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail. If you're not around to take the delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how to collect package. If the parcel is damaged when it arrives, please email us immediately and we will contact the courier company.

Please be aware that, it is the client’s responsibility to pay custom fees, taxes and any additional charges for international shipments that might occur. If the client refuse to receive the order because of the unexpected additional fees, Kayla Kids have the right to charge the client both depart and return shipment costs as well as the additional fees generated by the customs.
